• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you shall be solely responsible for your use of our Services, and you shall defend, fully indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), losses or liabilities incurred by or asserted against us for injury (including death) to persons or damage or destruction to property and any and all fees, costs or penalties incurred by us, to the extent that such claims, actions, damages, expenses, losses, liabilities, fees, costs or penalties are caused by or arise out of your use of our Services.
• You shall not share your account privileges with anyone unless we have previously approved such sharing in a written form.
• You shall not conduct any of the Prohibited Activities as described in these Terms and Conditions.
• Your use of our Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, Crab Lab LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Crabtcha. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Crabtcha for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Crabtcha
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Crabtcha
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Crabtcha
• Redistribute content from Crabtcha

Each Party agrees to hold in confidence all Confidential Information of the other Party, and not to disclose such Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

"Confidential Information" means any and all information disclosed by one party (the "Disclosing Party") to the other party (the "Receiving Party"), whether orally, in writing, or by any other means, that is designated as confidential or that, by its nature or the circumstances surrounding its disclosure, ought to be treated as confidential.

We offer flexible payment options, including "pay per use" and package purchases. For "pay per use", you only need to recharge before using the service. To use Crabtcha's services, users need to recharge in advance.

If your package subscription expires or is fully consumed, you have the option to renew it automatically or manually.

• Automatic Renewal: If you have enabled the auto-renewal option for the package, when the package expires or is fully consumed, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding balance for the package price and renew the same usage of package.
• Manual Renewal: If you have disabled the auto-renewal option for the package, when the package expires or is fully consumed, you need to manually select the desired package for renewal and click the "renew" button.

Crabtcha offers users a free usage credit of $1. The condition to obtain the free trial credit is to join Crabtcha's Telegram group. Crabtcha reserves the right to modify the conditions for obtaining the free trial credit.

You acknowledge and agree that you may only use the services based on the trial terms specified in these Terms of Service, within the scope designated by Crabtcha in your account and/or system.
